A document filed states she was forced into giving him a massage after which he asked to perform oral s*x on her.An actress has filed a lawsuit against The Weinstein Company, claiming Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her.
According TMZ, Dominique Huett claims Harvey lured her to his hotel room and forced oral sex with her.
Huett says they met at a bar and he told her he could help with her acting career, adding that he was staring at her breasts and later asked if she had had a ‘boob’ job.
The document filed states she was forced into giving him a massage after which he asked to perform oral sex on her and masturbated till he reached orgasm.
Huett is now seeking damages of up to $5m with her lawyer Jeff Herman claiming the company’s board was aware of how the producer sexually harassed and forced young actresses to engage in sexual acts with him.
