The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has won in the Federal Capital Territory, polling 259,997 votes to defeat Muhammad Buhari who polled 152,224 votes.
This put Alhaji Atiku in an early lead in the presidential poll after three states.
