Sokoto State Governorship election has been declared inconclusive after Aminu Tambuwal of PDP recorded 489,558 votes, while Ahmed Aliyu APC recorded 486,145 votes.
The margin of winning is 3,413 and there was a cancellation in 136 polling units with 75,403 registered voters. Hence prompting INEC to declare the election inconclusive.
