Comedian, Alibaba ha reacted to the splitting of the kingdom overseen by Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II, by the House of Assembly and Governor Umaru Abdullahi Ganduje.

Alibaba explained that Emirs are a product of a blend of religion and institutionalized history dipped in custom and tradition.

He further added that if a royal father cannot say without fear or fervour that a leader in his domain, who appeared in a video collecting bribe has lost the ingredients for being a leader or being in charge, then he needs to vacate the exalted seat.
