A Nigerian man with the Instagram handle, @tdmboss recently shared a video of his son in tears over his sister’s big birthday celebration.
In the video, the young boy named Favour can be seen almost in tears, angrily folding his arms because his sister, Ella was getting a lot of attention and gifts at the party.
The man decided to use his son’s reaction to his sister’s happy moment as food for thought.
Taking to social media, the father penned a lengthy note in which he spoke of children’s inability to hide their feelings.
The dad urged adults to emulate that trait and show their true feelings before it grows into envy. He also warned grown-ups to envy no one but know that everyone has his/her time and season to shine.
