Popular TV host, Piers Morgan has taken to his twitter page to assert that interns should not be paid as their experience is their salary.
The popular supporter of US President, Donald Trump made this statement in reaction to the comment that Interns should be paid made by a congresswoman.
American lawmaker, Alexandra Ocasio Cortez was asked if interns should be paid since they gain experience on the job and build their resume. She replied that experience does not pay the bills.
Piers Morgan, however, disagrees. He says the experience they gain is their salary.
