The Senator on Friday asked the ministerial nominee during his screening to recite the national anthem.

“I know you to be intellectually mobile, I want you to recite the national anthem,” he tells the nominee.

However, the request was overruled by the President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan, saying that it is not a question.
