Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 presidential election and his party have maintained that their claim that President Muhammadu Buhari was not qualified to contest the election has been proven.

This and more were made known in a 43-page final written address which they submitted before the court.

The PDP and its candidate also stressed that the election results were transmitted electronically to a central server allegedly owned by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

They also said they were able to prove the allegation of malpractices and non-compliance with the Electoral Act in the 11 focal states in which they contest the outcome of the last presidential election.

The PDP and its candidate also held that the failure of INEC to call witnesses means it agrees to its admission of all the allegations raised in the petition and those contained in the evidence provided by their witnesses.
