Following the court ruling that sent Olisa Metuh, the former spokesman to the People’s Democratic Party, to a 39-year jail term over money laundering, his defence counsel, Abel Ozioko has vowed to appeal the judgement.
Speaking with newsmen shortly after the judgment was delivered, Ozioko described the sentence as ‘bad judgement.’

“We have our appeal in our hands, I still have confidence in the law courts and we are heading upstairs to the three wise men to know whether he is right or wrong,” he said.
