Nigerian author Reno Omokri is of the opinion that many people are poor due to their perception of where education can be obtained.
In his words;
”People get poor by believing that education only happens in school. Self-development prospers you faster than formal education.
“Be honest, how much of what you studied on school do you use in your career or business today? Little if you are honest! Go to school. Graduate.
“But don’t let your education end there. Read The Economists, Time and Forbes. Read books so you can be, not up to date, but up to tomorrow.
“Education is like riding a bike. You stop pedalling and you fall! Reliance on paper certificates makes you a paper tiger!”
