APC Suspends President Buhari’s Former Media Aide

The All Progressive Congress (APC)  Sharada Ward in Municipal local government area of Kano state northwestern Nigeria has suspended a former  Media Assistant to President Muhammad Buhari, and Chairman House Committee on Security, Honourable Sha’aban Sharada from the party for alleged anti party activities.

This was contained in a Press statement signed by the ward Chairman Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Sharada on Wednesday in Kano.

According to the statement Honourable Sharada has  been completely banned from engaging in any affairs of the APC at the ward level and  or to relate with members  of the party for the period of one year.

The statement added that the APC in Sharada ward had to contain with the series of complaints brought before the party by aggrieved members over Sharada’s high handedness .

“The APC  has  been receiving complaints from different quarters after conducting a series of Meetings held by the APC EXCO deliberated and resolved that he be suspended from the party,” said Umar.

It could be recalled that, Sharada has been at logger heads with so many top members of the party after he allegedly accused them of refusal to register him at the ward level in order to truncate his future ambition politically.

Among those he has fallen out with politically includes the State governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje,state APC acting Chairman Alhaji Abdullahi Abbas, Honourable Baffa Babba Dan’agundi  and Commissioner for Special Duties  Honourable Muktar  Ishaq Yakasai whom are from the same constituency.
