APC Shifts Campaign Inauguration Date To September 28

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has moved forward the inauguration date of its Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), arranged for Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ambition for 2023.

The PCC Director of Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday night. He confirmed the event was earlier scheduled for Monday but would hold on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.

Members nominated to serve are expected to report at the campaign headquarters on the new date.

The PCC members will participate in special prayer sessions to mark the commencement of the presidential election campaign.

After the prayers, there will also be a peace walk, and the nominees will be given their letters of appointment on the same day.

“We know this is a call to serve our great party that will demand total commitment and sacrifice from all of us.

“It is the council’s strong belief that all members will work hard to deliver a resounding victory for our great party in the 2023 presidential election,” Onanuga stated.
