Manchester United manager, Erik Ten Hag said his team “are not that good” after his side defeated Omonia Nicosia in the Europa League.
Manchester United escaped an embarrassing defeat to Cypriot side Omonia Nicosia after a second-half comeback to win the game 3-2.
After the game, Ten Hag, while answering questions from journalists, disclosed that his team is still far from being a great side and will need to work on their intensity during games.
Ten Hag said: ‘In this moment, by far, we aren’t that good. We’ve seen on Sunday. We need to do much better, and especially, we’ve to bring to every game the intensity on the pitch. That was the big difference between City and us.’
