According to the Sunday Express, the Real Madrid star has emerged as the latest name to be linked with a move to Chelsea, with Roman Abramovich willing to table a bid of £60m in order to get his man.
James Rodriguez has been deemed surplus to requirements at Real Madrid with several other attacking midfielders ahead of him in the pecking order. He will likely be open to the possibility of a move to Stamford bridge in order to secure first team football. Conte has already signed defensive midfielder, N’Golo Kante as well as forward, Michy Batshuayi.
