Barely one month after news spread that Nicki Minaj got hit by her boyfriend Safaree, another of such truculent incidents has been reported and this time it was said to have taken place in public during a photo shoot.
The first incident in which according to police reports, the popular female rapper was looking into her suitcase in the room, which had some of Samuels’ belongings, when she said he (Safaree) “grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Nicki’s] chin and lower lip.” The police report goes on: “[Nicki’s] teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed.”
This supposedly happened after Nicki caught her boyfriend sending a text to Amber rose. The case was however closed since Nicki said she didn’t want to press charges.
The more recent quarrel between the couple is said to have taken place during a photo shoot after Safaree protested about the kind of pictures Nicki was taking saying they were too sensual, Nicki told him to “stay out of it” and then an argument ensued. Nicki and Safaree told everyone to exit the room and leave both of them alone. Although there was no proof or indication of physical abuse after they finished arguing, the photo shoot session was ruined for the day.
