There Will Be No Election In 2015 – Bakare

Tunde BakareVice-Presidential candidate of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in the 2011 elections and pastor of the Latter Rain Assembly, Pastor Tunde Bakare, has expressed doubts over the possibility of having an election in 2015.

Bakare, who preached a sermon titled: ‘Corruption and the Soul of Nigeria’ on Sunday at his church in Lagos, was speaking with journalists when he made the asseryion.

“I don’t believe there will be an election in 2015. Instead, the election will come up in 2014. There are issues that will come up that will make the election happen in 2014,” he said.

The fiery cleric lamented the deteriorating living conditions in the country and placed the blame on the unabated corruption among political office holders, stressing that: “Corruption is killing Nigeria.”
He further advised Nigerians to prayer fervently to rescue the country.

“We must pray and blow the trumpets in the hope that our nation can be saved by God before it sinks,” he said.

  1. all these people making such assertions that there will be no election 2015, are just toothles bulldogs. they are salts that has lost it’s nutrien t; and when a salt looses its taste, its no longer called a salt. that is what they are. i ‘d rather be a part of an elephant than to be the head of an ant… lets see if they are GOD to determine the fate of Nigerians

  2. well , Ogar, people like u who has no fear of God easily believe the lies of juju priests that those of men GOD, U can insult a man of GOD, but will always be afraid of a juju priest, u should have prayed and ask GOD for mercy and not arrogantly passing insult on the man of GOD, OK.
