As Banky W intensifies efforts to get his prodigy, Wiz Kid back to the contract table at EME, fresh facts have emerged that the move might just be an act in futility as Wizzy has continued to make music under the name of ‘Starboy Ent’ instead of Empire Mates Entertainment.
Early this week, Banky W gave a sneak preview of the official tracklist for his fourth solo album ‘R&BW’ and surprisingly, every other artiste on EME was featured but Wizzy’s name was conspicuously missing.
And to signify his intention of a new life post EME, Wizzy, who has been in the UK for some weeks now, released a video titled ‘The Matter’ – a joint effort with Maleek Berry and the viral video opens with Wizzy’s purported new label ‘Starboy Ent’ thereby heightening speculations that he has left EME for good.
Meanwhile, Banky W is all but set for ‘The Grand Love’ concert in Lagos on February 15, 2013 and the biggest question on everyone’s lips is ‘will Wizkid’ make a surprise appearance or not?’
