Police prosecutor, Inspector Clifford Ogu, told the court that the accused committed the offence on October 6, at Obalende area of Lagos.

He said: “The accused were found loitering at different areas of Obalende, Lagos, soliciting for the purpose of prostitution.”

The prosecutor said that the offence contravened Section 166 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

The magistrate adjourned the case till October 8 for facts and sentencing.

  1. I suspect foul play here. I think those girls refuse to play along with the police or the real prostitutes set them up for joining them & not remitting to the police. Bcos these prostitutes are in every where in Lagos. Nigeria police always after innocent & law abiding citizens.
