Kanye West’s creativity knows no bounds — not in the studio, not with his fashion, nor on the stage at his Yeezus Tour. That said, we don’t expect his wedding ceremony with Kim Kardashian to be anything short of genius.
Pardon us if we get ahead of ourselves, but with the news of Kimye’sengagement, we can’t help but wonder what the couple’s nuptials will actually be like. If the Yeezus Tour is any indication, it will be a production for the ages.
Ain’t No Mountain High Enough
Kanye loves his privacy, and while a Los Angeles wedding may be convenient, the pesky paparazzi would surely be a vibe killer. You know where the paparazzi never goes? Giant snowy mountains, like the one used to anchor ‘Ye’s Yeezus Tour stage. That’s a Yeezy-style destination wedding.
His Suit
The Louis Vuitton Don could get a suit from just about any of the top names, but where’s the fun in that? West’s tour wardrobe is filled with all types of fancy robes and masks. We think his green robe and silver mask look might work great at his ceremony.
Calling White Jesus
Who better to officiate a marriage than White Jesus? We doubt Kanye will invite his Yeezus Tour pal to his wedding ceremony, but you have to admit, it would be pretty epic.
Freestyle Vows
During the opening night of his Yeezus Tour, Kanye let his “Runaway” instrumental play while he freestyled something about loving the one that you’re with. He can get Mike Dean on the MPC 2000, and just tell Kimmy how he feels straight from the heart.
Let It Snow
Throwing rice is so passé, Yeezy should drop snow from the sky during the ceremony, just as he did on Saturday night in Seattle when he performed his 808s & Heartbreak track “Coldest Winter.”
First Dance
There are a ton of songs that Mr. and soon-to-be Mrs. West can choose for their first dance, but might we suggest the Yeezus set and album closer “Bound 2.” Uh huh, honey!
