Fenerbahce striker Emmanuel Emenike will be sidelined for three weeks with a thigh injury, a scan has revealed.
Emenike was substituted in the 80th minute of his side’s 2-1 win over Koyaspor on Monday, after suffering a partial tear on his right thigh muscle.
The Afcon 2013 highest goal scorer suffered a hamstring injury, which ruled him out of the final against Burkina Faso before a knee injury ruled him out of the latter part of the Russian League season, when he was still with Spartak Moscow.
