Jumia, Nigeria’s largest online retailer with over a million customers introduces a new initiative to appreciate customers and fans called customer of the month.
This new initiative by Jumia is to recognize its customers who have been in one way or the other valuable to its service offering through their patronage, advise, feedback, and promotion of the Jumia brand across channels. The customers have helped the brand grow from the beginning to become the biggest retailer online in Nigeria.
In July, Jumia awarded one of the brands very first and longest ordering customer Miss Ngozi Ukario as the customer of the month. She has been with the brand since 2012 ordering and supporting the brand through valuable feedback with good representation of the brand.

For awarding Miss Ngozi Ukario customer of the month, she deserves the appreciation from the Jumia team and we would like to use this initiative to say Thank You”
Jumia hosted Miss Ngozi Ukario and her Twin sister with a day of pampering at the Jumia’s Ecommerce campus also leaving her with a big shopping cheque and treats as the customer celebrity of the month.
