Man Arrested For Urinating In Cup At Store Because Bathroom Was Occupied

A man was arrested after he urinated in a cup at a store when the bathroom was occupied.  The man of Florida, was at a gas station when he decided to use the restroom. Police arrested the man of Callaway, for urinating into a cup near the water fountain because the bathroom was occupied, according to the police report of the arrest.

31-year-old Michael Aaron Barrentine was arrested on Monday about 12:30 p.m. at Express Lane, which is located on 835 Tyndall Parkway. He was charged with petit theft and indecent exposure, both misdemeanors. The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office said that Barrentine, entered the gas station and tried to enter the bathroom, only to find that it was occupied.

He then went to the ​​fountain area and took a cup. He walked to a corner next to the microwave oven and began to urinate in the cup. Barrentine allegedly threw the cup into a trash can near the coffee pot, police said. Before leaving, Barrentine allegedly grabbed earphones, placed them in his pocket and paid only for a cup of coffee, police said.  According to the police report, police officers were inside the store when these crimes occurred.
