This has to be the most disciplined or respectful Governor in Nigeria. This happened on February 15, when President Muhammadu Buhari was in Kaduna State for the induction of Nigerian Air Force TSAIGUMI class Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV).
The kind of Governor that makes every other governor look like they lack home training(LOL)
