The Minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi visited the Lagos-Ibadan railway construction site for the monthly inspection on Monday.
Amaechi visited the Ebute-Metta axis and he assured Nigerians that President Muhammadu Buhari will ride in the Lagos-Ibadan train during the commissioning of the project in May.

Amaechi also expressed confidence in the ability of the engineers to deliver the project by May.
