Slain Catholic Priest: No One Is Immune From Insecurity Ravaging Nigeria — Atiku

 

Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), says no one is “immune from this ravaging epidemic”, while reacting to the assassination of a Catholic priest, Rev Fr Offu in Enugu.

Atiku, a former vice president who is still in court to challenge the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari in the February 23rd election, said this in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Saturday.

The former vice president extended his condolences to the Offu family and the Catholic Church in Nigeria, adding that the murder is a reminder that no one is immune from the insecurity ravaging the country.
