The federal government has postponed the National Sports Festival (NSF), tagged Edo 2020, as a precaution against the spread of coronavirus in the country.
The Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare, made this known in a series of tweets on Tuesday.
This comes after the country confirmed a third case of COVID-19 on Tuesday in a 30-year-old Nigerian lady who arrived from the UK, four days ago.

The Lagos state government confirms that the patient is clinically stable, and receiving treatment at the Infectious Disease Hospital in Lagos.
