Coronavirus Forces UEFA To Suspend Champions, Europa Leagues

All Uefa competitions, including Champions League and Europa League matches due to be played on 17 and 18 March, have been postponed because of the coronavirus outbreak.

Uefa has announced that the competition draws scheduled for 20 March have also been postponed.

Recall that on Thursday, the European football governing body conveyed a meeting to debate whether to suspend its competitions amidst the deadly virus outbreak.

Since the time of the meeting on Thursday,  a football coach, Mikel Arteta and some footballers have showed signs of the virus.
