Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, Kaduna state has explained that following court ruling which orders the immediate release of Muhammadu Sanusi II, the deposed Emir is now free to go to anywhere in the country, including Kano state.
The governor made this known while fielding questions from journalists in Awe, Nasarawa state, on Friday.
El-rufai made the comment following reports that the dethroned Emir would not be allowed into Kano state for at least three months.

“The high court ruled that he can go anywhere, including Kano, but I think he wants to go to Lagos to reunite with his family.”
