Veteran record music producer, Samuel Oguachuba, popularly known as Samklef, has reacted to the arrest of Omah Lay in Uganda by saying that the ‘Bad Influence’ crooner is more popular than the home of Africa’s largest lake.
Taking to his official Twitter page, the hitmaker turned blogger writes:
“Omah lay popular pass the whole Uganda country including their biggest artists.”
He had initially tweeted:
“Uganda wey we dey help.”

The music producer is not the first celebrity to weigh in on the arrest of Omah Lay and Tems in Uganda.
Information Nigeria earlier reported that notable musicians including Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy have tweeted using the hashtag #FreeOmahLay #FreeTems.
