Grace Akeredolu, the mother of Rotimi Akeredolu, governor of Ondo state, has passed away.
This was revealed in a statement by Richard Olatunde, the chief press secretary to the governor of Ondo State, on Thursday morning.
According to the statement, Akeredolu’s mother died in the early hours of Thursday in her sleep. She was aged 90.

“She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members.”
“Further announcements will be made by the family in due course,” Olatunde said.
