Abubakar was arrested and detained on December 26 alongside Nigerian student Zainab Aliyu (22) by the authorities in Saudi Arabia.

Kenyan lady caught with cocaine in Abuja

A 33-year-old Kenyan woman identified as Angela Wairimu has been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) Abuja, Special Area Command.

According to reports, Angela was trying to smuggle 6.5 kilograms of Cocaine into Nigeria.

The single mum of two had left South Africa aboard an Ethiopian Airline flight to Abuja when she was nabbed and according to NDLEA, this arrest is, in fact, the biggest seizure in recent times.

Second Term: Buhari Picks Up Asset Declaration Form

President Muhammadu Buhari has gone to the Conde of Conduct Bureau(CCB) to pick up asset declaration ahead of his second term which is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 29th.

He was spotted with the chairman of the Bureau, Prof. Muhammad Issa, in the early hours of today while picking up the form.

A video has gone up the internet, as a man talked about his ordeal in Benin-Lagos express Road, Ondo state.

The man who was visibly angry in the video explained the bus he boarded was Robbed by Fulani Herdsmen, he called out the Nigerian Police for not putting necessary apparatus in place which makes the people vulnerable to insecurities and robbery.

He continued his video as some Policemen came to the scene to salvage the situation but the agitated people who have been bereaved of their properties were at loggerheads causing a little stir up

A young man has had his two legs sliced off by a moving train at Ikeja after he jumped off from atop it on Monday morning. The unidentified man was trying to escape from taskforce men of the Nigerian Railway Corporation(NRC) who arrest men who climb the top of train or board without a ticket.

Woman Caught Trying To Smuggle 39 wraps of Indian Hemp Into Kano Prison

The Kano state prison command has nabbed a young lady identified as Rifkatu Anthony as she attempted to smuggle 39 wraps of Indian Hemp into prison.

The young lady was nabbed by the Intelligence Unit of the Nigerian Prisons Service (NPS) attached to the Kano Central Prison.

A new report has revealed that some suspected kidnappers stormed a Redeemed Christian Church of God in Edo state yesterday Sunday, May 26th, in hopes of abducting the pastor.

According to reports, the kidnappers according to a witness had earlier snatched a Toyota Camry car from its owner but abandoned it behind Church of God Mission International (CGMi), in the area.
